Dino Run! Multiplayer Jurassic Mayhem...
Galactic Hitchhiking Text Adventuring...
The *Real* Microsoft motion controller...
Defend Your Castle looms closer...
Dino Run! Flee for the sake of your species, run like there is no tomorrow, and narrowly escape extinction! Another fabulously quirky game from our friends at
PixelJam,
Dino Run uses XGen's
MMOcha technology to bring you multiplayer races against your friends -- or the rest of the world!
Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a truly great series of books that will live forever in the hearts of geeks, nerds, sci-fi and comedy fans the world over. One thing that you may have missed is the
Text Adventure Game based on the series of books originally released in the year 1984. This makes the game older then most of the users who visit our site. Play the
Flash Conversion of the game here for some nostalgia.
As a follow up to a story in a previous news post,
here's the much-rumored controller patent that Microsoft filed in order to compete with the motion sensitive Wii controls. Nothing is official as to whether they intend to actually use said patent, but it's interesting none-the-less.
Defend Your Castle on WiiWare edges ever closer to release, keep an eye out for official words from Nintendo soon...

Doeo! Doe - Doe - DO-EE-O!...
Fascination-inspiring South-American Flora...
DYC coverage in Nintendo Power...
In the words of the immortal
John Cleese; 'And now for something
completely different'.
Doeo is probably unlike anything you've ever played before, the only thing bearing a slight resemblance would have to be
Katamari Damacy. It's an experience you simply have to
try for yourself.
The coolest
time-lapse nature video you'll see all day; the 6-foot wide transforming Amazon Waterlilly, specializing in temporary beetle incarceration!
Oh and if you've been eagerly following any of the
Defend Your Castle WiiWare hype flying around, then be sure to grab the May 2008 edition of Nintendo Power this week for some exclusives.

The Warlords grow restless...
Microsoft's Wii Remote 360??...
Millions of mini-Marios...
Tromp, smash and dominate the countryside; one unit at a time.
Warlords: Call to Arms puts you in command of any of the distinct factions vying for control of the continent. Another great game from Ben Olding.
Speculation has risen concerning rumors that Microsoft has their own version of Nintendo's Wii Remote in development. Including a rough sketch provided by the 'source' that looks eerily close to the device that millions of Wii fans have come to love. Only time will tell if this 'leak' has any validity.
Speaking of affection for Nintendo,
this person clearly has a level of devotion bordering on jabbering insanity.
